TR LLANELLI LTD is a UK-based provider of educational and technology support services. Our work is focused on practical digital knowledge and accessible technology guidance.
The company was set up to do something fairly ordinary and useful: help people understand the software they are expected to use.
A great deal of digital training is written for people who are already comfortable with technology. It moves quickly, assumes prior knowledge, and leaves anyone who is not already confident feeling that the problem is theirs. Most of the time it is not — the explanation simply was not written for them.
We work the other way round. We start with what someone already knows, use plain language, and stay with a task until it can be done unaided. That applies whether we are writing a guide, running through an application on a call, or helping a small team settle into a system that is new to them.
We are deliberately small. Work is arranged directly with the company's director, Tony Rees, which keeps things straightforward: one point of contact, clear expectations, and no promises made that cannot be kept.
